This is what I do every time I put my makeup on so I never get creasing period. Before I did this I used to get such creasing and dry eyes.

UNDEREYES:
for the under eyes, I use that balm and then I apply just a little bit of concealer at the inner corners of my eyes and then I blend it out. Then I use the dry sponge, dab it in the powder, but then rub the powder into the sponge on the back of my hand and then dot underneath my eyes. That’s key!

SARDINES:
my skin glows and my hair grows like crazy when I eat these. I found the tastiest way to eat these is to sprinkle a little breadcrumbs, some garlic powder and salt and broil them for about 3 min. I actually enjoy them this way, that’s wild to me.

6.creatine — noticed a cognitive benefit (less brain fog), not just physical
7.olive oil shot — plumping effect from the inside, more than expected from something so simple but it has to be olive oil that is potent
8.lifting heavy — strength training did more for aging/body comp than years of cardio
9.bright pink blush — gives a youthful flush but I only wear it depending on what I’m wearing- shade pop star
10.lymphatic massage — felt super relaxing, but I didn’t see any profound difference
11.matcha — antioxidant powerhouse, my skin looks less reactive and more even
12.botox on jowls — it’s injected into the muscles pulling your face down (not the jowl itself), so your face sits higher instead of sagging
13.viral sunscreen glow spray — def glow but can be a bit too shiny for me because I’m oily
14.extensions — instant length/volume payoff, hard to go back once you’ve had them
15.red wine — leaning on the resveratrol research to justify the glass
