Absolutely one of the sexiest dresses I own, but it’s also such a great price point. This might be one of my favorite dresses I’ve ever put on. I’m wearing a small.

All these shoes run true to size. I’m wearing a small in the Nordstrom tank. Sadly, my glasses are sold out, but I linked two very similar looking ones below.

Wearing a large in the Zara faux leather jacket, I wear it SO much. It sold out so many times last year, I’m glad they brought it back. Wearing a medium in the brown leather jacket and the windbreaker. So my colorway in the windbreaker is sold out but they JUST released a new color and it’s selling quickly, it’s so good. Wearing a 36 in the Magda trench. I realize it’s very pricey so I linked a Zara one that is giving a similar vibe and helsa classic looking one I love also. I’m wearing a 38 in the barn jacket. I should have sized down one size bc it’s already oversized. Wearing a small in the blazer

My glasses r sadly sold out but linked two below that look almost identical

New Zara I’m loving

#LTKootd #LTKOver40 #LTKSeasonal

so I went back and forth about getting the smaller panel, but I know myself. I’d rather invest in the one I actually want than spend less now and regret it in six months. But honestly red light therapy is one of the few things I’m willing to spend serious money on. The benefits for collagen production, fine lines, skin texture and muscle recovery are insane. And unlike any face mask (although they’re great), this thing can treat practically my entire body at once. Plus it is significantly more light and stronger than most facial masks. I’m so freaking excited. I’m also a big biohacking dork so there’s that 😅

I mean, if you want showstopper coat, this is it. I’m wearing a small.

Strong, strong Chanel vibes! These Zara heels are so good. They’re not super tall either. You can wear them during the day. I’m wearing my usual size.

#LTKootd #LTKOver40 #LTKdayinmylife

I’m wearing a medium in the jacket. Jeans run TTS and they are tall girl friendly. Super tall girl friendly. And I’m wearing true to size in boots.

#LTKOver40 #LTKTall #LTKootd

The perfect, casual relaxed weekend outfit

#LTKOver40 #LTKootd #LTKSeasonal

This is the kind of outfit that looks super classy, expensive and powerful, but really it’s just because it’s monochromatic and bold. The earrings add a really nice vintage touch to the look.

#LTKootd #LTKdayinmylife #LTKOver40

I don’t think I’ve ever sold something more than these boots. But also, I understand it. Because these take the guess work out of finding what to wear this fall, they go with everything. And they’re still comfortable. And u still look elevated. And u didn’t freaking break the bank. Like I was staying in my reel, I have the older version of these so the zipper on mine is in the back. The newer one has the zipper on the side. They run true to size. My glasses are sadly sold out, but the specs ones that I linked below look identical. i’m wearing a small in the coat

#LTKootd #LTKOver40 #LTKstorytime

I’ve basically been living in this blazer ever since I got it two weeks ago. It looks so incredibly chic and classy, but no one realizes how comfortable I am. It’s so easy to elevate such a simple outfit by just throwing this on. I’m wearing a small

#LTKdayinmylife #LTKOver40 #LTKootd

Such a classy expensive looking outfit. The jeans and loafers keep it casual, but the satin top and accessories make the whole outfit look ridiculously expensive.🥂

#LTKootd #LTKWorkwear #LTKOver40

Today’s travel outfit… in freaking love with this blazer. Wearing a small. Also a small in the tee. Jeans and boots run tts

#LTKOver40 #LTKTall #LTKTravel

New Zara I’m loving

#LTKOver40 #LTKWorkwear #LTKootd

This is one of the sexiest dresses you will put on your body. I love it because it’s not revealing, but it’s still insanely sexy. It’s super tall girl friendly! This actually might be one of my favorite dresses I’ve ever put on and I worn a lot of freaking dresses, wearing a small

1. START TREATING YOUR HANDS LIKE YOUR FACE.
Nobody thinks about their hands until the sunspots and crepey skin show up. Whatever you’re putting on your face, bring it down to your hands. And SPF. EVERY DAY.

2. STOP SLEEPING ON YOUR FACE.
You spend a third of your life sleeping. Pressing your face into a pillow night after night can contribute to sleep creases. Try sleeping on your back if it’s comfortable and use a beauty pillow

3. BUILD YOUR BUTT BEFORE YOU LOSE IT.
I’m serious. Start lifting weights NOW. Building muscle in your 20s and 30s gives you a head start on maintaining it as you age. Your 40 yr butt will thank you.

4. STOP WAITING UNTIL YOUR HAIR STARTS THINNING TO CARE ABOUT YOUR SCALP.
Stop frying your hair and pulling it into tight hairstyles. And if you notice unusual shedding, get it checked before you’re spending a fortune trying to fix it.

5. WEAR SUNGLASSES EVEN WHEN YOU DON’T NEED THEM.
Not just for the outfit. UV protection for your eyes AND less squinting. Consider this permission to buy another pair of sunglasses.💁🏼‍♀️

6. FLOSS YOUR DAMN TEETH.
Gum recession isn’t something you can undo with an expensive toothpaste. Your smile is part of your anti-aging routine, whether you realize it or not.

7. STOP BUYING CLOTHES JUST BECAUSE THEY’RE ON SALE.
A $40 sweater you never wear isn’t a bargain. If you can’t make three outfits with things you already own, you’re just collecting clothes and wondering why you have nothing to wear.

8. STOP BUYING AN ENTIRELY NEW OUTFIT EVERY TIME YOU HAVE SOMEWHERE TO GO

You need a quality blazer, perfect fitting denim, an insane coat and shoes that make even your most basic outfit look expensive. Buy less, but buy better.

And PLEASE stop picking apart your appearance. One day you’ll look back at those photos and wonder what the hell you were complaining about.

*linked the things I would tell my younger self to start immediately

OK, this is a wild card blazer. Definitely not a necessity, but it’s definitely fun! I love how unique it is and the statement it makes! Wearing a small/4

#LTKootd #LTKOver40 #LTKWorkwear

This is your date night/statement blazer. You could wear this as a dress too if you’re short enough. If not, you could wear a mini leather skirt underneath it. I’m wearing a small

#LTKOver40 #LTKWorkwear #LTKootd

This is going to be your classic fitted blazer. This is the one that makes you look expensive without even trying. I’m wearing a small.

#LTKootd #LTKOver40 #LTKWorkwear

This is one of my favorite oversized blazers, but I will warn you, it’s a very dramatic oversize look. And I’m tall, so make sure you factor that in. Im 5’10. Because it’s very oversized. I’m wearing a small. No need to size up on this one!

#LTKOver40 #LTKootd #LTKWorkwear

One of the Blazers I feel like everyone needs this fall is an oversized blazer. Pro tip, put to elastics over the sleeves and then you can keep the sleeves scrunched up. It just makes the outfit look more casual and cool. I recently got this blazer about two weeks ago and I have been wearing it nonstop. I’m gonna order the ivory next. It’s already oversized. I’m wearing a small.

#LTKOver40 #LTKWorkwear #LTKootd

I LOVE THESE PANTS! They sold out so so fast. However, I found them in stock on this one website! If you love them hurry because they’re pre-order are sold out everywhere. They run tts

#LTKootd #LTKOver40 #LTKTravel

Last night’s date night look in Charleston🤗 this dress feels like you’re wearing PJs, but makes you look like a freaking queen. It’s so comfortable and elegant. i’m wearing a small/4

#LTKootd #LTKTravel #LTKOver40

These fringe pants are so hot right now. They sold out so quickly everywhere. I found them fully stocked here. This is how I would style them.

#LTKootd #LTKOver40 #LTKdayinmylife

Cold weather blazers that I adore. The black one looks incredible even over your gym outfit. Like if you have a pair of leggings and a sports bra and you throw that blazer over, it looks so cool.

#LTKOver40 #LTKootd #LTKWorkwear

if u feel like your deodorant stops working halfway through the day, try this. It’s a clay mask for your armpits that gets rid of all that deodorant buildup and excess oil so you’re not just layering deodorant on top of deodorant. Your pits actually feel clean after using

#LTKselfcare #LTKBeauty #LTKOver40

So while I was out shopping today in Charleston, I found the boots that Ive been telling you guys you need for fall. Honestly, I have expensive boots but I find myself wearing these more all fall in winter because they’re super comfortable. they run tts and they come in different colors and a suede

#LTKOver40 #LTKSeasonal #LTKootd

The oversized black blazer I was wearing is from Frank shop that I linked below. It’s the bea blazer. It runs very, very oversized. I’m wearing a small. The dark blue one I’m wearing after that is from jluxlabel and is also oversized, I’m wearing a small. the green one I’m wearing is the Anine Bing and I’m also wearing a small. And last but not least the last one is by eaves and I’m wearing a small. For reference, I am 5’10 and I am a size small

#LTKWorkwear #LTKOver40 #LTKstorytime

I didn’t realize how much I was going to like this pop of color from the sweater! Anyway, wearing a medium in the sweater. A small in the T-shirt and jeans run TTS.

#LTKootd #LTKTravel #LTKOver40

These have been the hottest jeans and they have been sold out everywhere! I don’t know how this happened, but I found them fully restocked only on this website. If you love them hurry because I’m certain they will sell out again. I own and love them, they run TTS.

#LTKootd #LTKOver40 #LTKdayinmylife

The weather I f*cking love this blazer is insane. I just got it and I’ve already worn it so many times. It’s just so easy to throw on over a T-shirt, it instantly makes you look like a boss b*tch. Plus, the material is not heavy, but still luxe. I’m wearing a small, it’s very oversized.

#LTKdayinmylife #LTKTravel #LTKOver40

Wearing a small in the T-shirt. Wearing a medium in the sweater. Jeans run TTS. The amount of compliments I got on these jeans today. It was insane. Even from places where I was trying on jeans. Like frame, all the sales associates wanted to know where I got mine from.

#LTKOver40 #LTKdayinmylife #LTKTravel

Literally, no one knows it’s not real 💎
