Ingredients:
• 1 scoop peanut butter protein
• 2 ripe bananas
• 3/4 cup tahini
• chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Mash bananas until smooth
3. Mix in protein powder + tahini until combined
4. Fold in chocolate chips if using
5. Scoop into cookies (6 large or 12 smaller)
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes
7. Let cool slightly — they firm up as they sit

They won’t get hard. I eat them with a fork. They’re kind of like a banana chocolate chip mushy cookie. I like them!

$At 42, this is my exact routine for skin tightening + wrinkles: AM: 1.splash with warm water 2.skin flood (I use 2–3 toners and essences) 3.Peptides (I rotate but always use one) 4.Moisturizer (barrier-focused) 5.SPF (every single day, no exceptions) PM (most nights): 1.double cleanse 2.skin flooding (on damp skin) 3.Tretinoin (I don’t skip this) 4.Peptides/copper 5.Moisturizer (thicker at night) 6.
