As an almost 40 mom of 3, I’ve tried and tested a lot. Here are the unsexy but premium sh*t I swear by. Took me years to find the best bra—finally did, and I’m sharing! As a mom of four, I’ve seen it all when it comes to cold and flu season. These are the things I always reach for this time of year! Sharing the magical vitamin that keeps me and my family healthy, the product that helps shorten a flu while also being great for your skin and sleep, the heating pad that’s perfect for aches or chills, and the one thing I boil as soon as I feel or hear a sniffle coming on.

Grandma’s tonic:
Immunity ice cubes:
- the juice of 6 organic lemons (and one whole lemon)
- 1/4 cup raw organic honey
- 3-5in of organic raw ginger (I just break off a large knob and throw it in whole)
- 1in organic tumeric (or 3tsp powdered)
- 5 cloves organic garlic
- 1/4tsp organic cayenne, 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup purified water, coconut water or organic pineapple juice

Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a high power blender, pour into cubes and freeze!
