Chilly early morning walks have become a new routine for me. This year, I’m making an effort to be more mindful in my daily activities. For instance, during my walks, I choose to spend my time reflecting on everything I’m grateful for instead of listening to a podcast or an audiobook. My mind tends to wander a lot, but I’m working on staying focused.
