Chilly early morning walks have become a new routine for me. This year, I’m making an effort to be more mindful in my daily activities. For instance, during my walks, I choose to spend my time reflecting on everything I’m grateful for instead of listening to a podcast or an audiobook. My mind tends to wander a lot, but I’m working on staying focused. I’ve noticed that by the end of my walk, I feel happier and more connected to my surroundings. 🤎 Nothing is more motivating than a new workout outfit. As women, we’re always searching for the next best thing when it comes to hair care. I’ve struggled with hair loss myself—currently using a prescription shampoo from my dermatologist and taking JS Hair supplements, which is where I’ve noticed the biggest difference. Still, I’m always open to trying new products. This article shares other women’s experiences and what’s worked for them. A couple of things stood out to me: I just ordered Nutrafol for men and I’m tempted to splurge on this hat. My friend swears by men’s Rogaine—she says it’s the most effective, though she constantly complains about how it leaves her hair feeling. Funny enough, she also uses it on her eyebrows!
