Affordable outfits were my bread and butter working in non-profits and at colleges and universities for 25 years. Today I’m sharing an affordable casual work capsule that’s perfect whether you’re a teacher or heading into an office. Sizing notes: • Old Navy black flutter sleeve swing blouse – I’m in a Medium for extra length • Old Navy plaid ruffle-neck shirt – Madewell vibes. I’m in a Small (fits TTS) NOTE: It’s a v-neck; the top two buttons don’t align to close. • Amazon red short sleeve sweater – I’m in a Medium (fits slightly small) • J.Crew Factory girlfriend white tee – I’m in a Medium • Target black & white striped cap sleeve tee – I’m in a Small • Amazon brown big button cardigan – I’m in a Medium • Old Navy grey cable sweater vest – I’m in a Small (fits big) • Old Navy khaki crewneck cardigan – I’m in a Large (fits short and small) • Target striped cardigan with fabric-covered buttons – I sized up to a Large • Target black ballet neck midi dress – I’m in a Small • Old Navy black & white floral swing dress – I’m in a Medium • Target black ankle pants – I sized down (they fit big and loosen with wear) • Target olive ankle pants – I sized down • Target navy wide-leg chinos – I’m in my usual size • Amazon black straight-leg trousers – Stretchy ponte-like fabric. Tried 2 sizes in “short”, prefer a size up for a looser fit. Great pants, but length is inconsistent. • Target brown woven bag • Target black tote bag • Amazon small brown crossbody • Target cognac brown sneakers – Go up a half size (fits small) • Old Navy brown suede Mary Janes – Go down a full size (fits big) On me: J.Crew Factory tee, prefer Small. Old Navy jeans, fit TTS. teacheroutfit LTKMidsize LTKWorkwear LTKFindsUnder50
