I'm Kristen and I have been sharing beginner friendly beauty tips since May 2020 when I started selling Red Aspen right after graduating from SUNY Oswego with my bachelors of science in biology! In college, I started experimenting more with high quality AND affordable makeup as I needed some that would last all day from 8am lab through a 11pm hockey practice)! 🏒 As a chemist with a biology background, I am very passionate safe ingredients in beauty products, and how you can also have the same quality results when doing it yourself at home! 🥼🧪 Some other things that I love are plants (hence the theme of the group), the color purple (everything I own is purple lol), traveling, and playing hockey! I currently work as an analytical chemist in the quality control lab for a pharmaceutical company and absolutely love being in the lab! 👩🏻‍🔬 In the last fee years I’ve gained so many amazing new online friendships, been on multiple trips thanks to opportunities I wouldn’t have without posting content, and earned extra cash for more adventures! I’m grateful for every single moment! 🥰
