Weeknight Cacio e Pepe shells at @williamssonoma 👩🏻🍳 If you like comfort food, this is for you! Jumbo pasta shells filled with three types of cheese, baked in a rich béchamel sauce seasoned with black pepper. Crisp bread crumbs are tossed with fresh thyme to provide a nice contrast to the creamy pasta. We sampled some bread with @oakvillegrocery dipping oils, and fruit blend vinegars while we waited for the stuffed shells to finish cooking in the @Breville Joule Oven Air Fryer Pro. I also tried the vanilla cardamom coffee syrup with my coffee while browsing the store after class.
