Simple snack boxes I prep when I need something easy + filling 🤍

Protein pancake muffins, Greek yogurt, strawberries, and a boiled egg. Real snacks that actually keep me full.

I make these ahead for busy days when I don’t want to overthink food. Sharing the protein pancake muffin recipe below ⬇️

🧁 Protein Pancake Muffins (Kodiak Mix)
• 2 cups Kodiak pancake mix
• 1 cup milk
• 2 eggs
• Optional: cinnamon, vanilla, berries or chocolate chips

Mix everything together, divide into a greased muffin tin, and bake at 375°F for 16–20 minutes or until set.

Save this for easy snack prep ✨
