This one takes about a minute to heat up and is very easy to store in your closet. Use a hand mitt to protect your free hand from the hot steam, while giving you a firm surface to easily steam out wrinkles. Honorary mention for the Conair Handheld Garment Steamer (black steamer linked below), which has a few more features than the Conair Complete Steam Portable Steamer seen in this video.
