Ankle injury? Dealing with severe inflammation? Circulatory issues? Look no further.
In an unfortunate twist of events I broke my ankle and torn a ligament in a freak accident. Controlling inflammation is the determinant factor of recovery so I am doing everything I can in order to make sure I am successful In that department. I overnighted this red light therapy belt and wrapped it around my ankle for some inflammation control when I’m not icing it. 10/10 as far as quality and it doesn’t break the bank. Some swear it cinches inches off their waist but I have yet to try it for that reason.

As a mom with three small children, I always feel like I’m cramming in a workout. I try to maximize the amount of time I have to do cardio or lift. But now I am approaching my 40s and that’s just not smart. I’m beginning to notice tightness and not being as flexible as I used to be, I’m starting with my goal and only stretching five minutes per day. I know I need to stretch more, but the all or nothing mentality is what usually holds us back from achieving our goals. Five minutes is not that long and can be done even on the living room floor as my kid watches TV. This post is to remind everyone that it’s possible to improve in small increments.
