Ankle injury? Dealing with severe inflammation? Circulatory issues? Look no further. In an unfortunate twist of events I broke my ankle and torn a ligament in a freak accident. Controlling inflammation is the determinant factor of recovery so I am doing everything I can in order to make sure I am successful In that department. I overnighted this red light therapy belt and wrapped it around my ankle for some inflammation control when I’m not icing it. 10/10 as far as quality and it doesn’t break the bank.
