There was a moment when I had to be honest with myself. I didn’t feel like my best… and I knew something had to change. I tried doing it on my own starting, stopping. What I realized is I needed support and a plan I could actually stick with. This hasn’t been an overnight success. It’s taken consistency, patience, and showing up for myself even on the days I didn’t feel like it. Fast forward a few months, with diet adjustments… I’m down 20 lbs, inches gone, and energy is up.
