12-week GLP-1 update 🤍
The beginning wasn’t perfect some nausea but once my body adjusted, it stopped. What really shocked me was realizing how loud the food noise was… and how quiet things became after my dosage increase around week 8.

I had to change my diet (not easy at first), but cooking more at home, finding simple recipes, and being intentional has helped with inflammation and weight loss.

So far I’m down 13 lbs and 6 inches off my waist, mainly my midsection and that alone was worth it.

Let’s get into this soft glam makeup look.

This is the first makeup look I’ve done this year, and it felt right doing it while getting ready for my photo shoot. I wanted skin that looks like real skin smooth, radiant, and polished, but not heavy or overdone.

The focus was a soft, even complexion with warmth through the cheeks, subtle definition around the eyes, and a neutral lip that pulls everything together. Nothing dramatic, just intentional makeup that photographs beautifully and still looks natural in person.

This kind of soft glam is my go-to for shoots, meetings, and filming days because it enhances your features without taking over your face. Clean, wearable, and timeless.

LOFT is having one of those don’t-sleep sales, and since I’ve lost weight, I needed a few updated staples. I was honestly surprised by how well everything fit.

These jeans are high-waisted with just enough stretch to be comfortable but still hold you in no sagging, no pulling. They sit really nicely through the waist and hips, which is always my main concern.

The top is what really shocked me. It’s an actual size small, and as someone who’s top-heavy, I don’t usually expect that. The fit is flattering, not tight, and it lays really well without feeling restrictive.

Everyday makeup look using all products from Ulta Beauty.
This is my goto routine for a simple everyday makeup look.

I started with the Urban Decay 24 Hour Foundation and locked it in with their setting spray for long wear. Brows are softly defined, skin is cleaned up with concealer, and everything is set with a loose powder that keeps the finish smooth—not heavy.

For the eyes, I used neutral tones that work for everyday wear, paired with soft liner and lashes for definition. Cheeks are layered with cream and powder blush, bronzer adds warmth, and the lips are finished with a liner and gloss combo that pulls the whole look together.

How you start your day truly sets the tone. For me, it’s slowing down with a cup of matcha. The process feels calm, intentional, and reminds me to take on the day with ease instead of rushing.

When I first started working from home chileee it was chaotic! Now, simple routines like making matcha in the morning keep me grounded.

My Matcha Recipe
I like my matcha sweet 😝
1 teaspoon of matcha
2 teaspoon of matcha (stronger)
Almond milk
.5 - 1oz honey
Ice
20-30 ml water
Fresh strawberries (3-4)
Powder Sugar ( just a little)
Once I mix the matcha and water. I warm the honey and mix in with the matcha. I pour the mix on top of the almond milk and ice.

Froth
Heavy whipping cream and Almond milk even parts. Add strawberry syrup to your liking 🙃…
