Rainbow Grilled Cheese ❤️🧡💛💚🩵💜 Is it a low-maintenance dinner for a Monday? Maybe not, but it’s surprisingly easy and a fun way to make a usual more interesting. (My kids wouldn’t touch grilled cheese until I put this spin on it!) It’s also perf for St. Patrick’s Day. ❤️🧡💛💚🩵💜 Put one drop of food coloring in a small bowl (one for each color), add a small handful of shredded mozz, and stir.
