Why bring food when you can bring cocktails?

My sparkling spiced pear cocktails are so easy to batch together to take for thanksgiving dinner! After making your spiced syrup, just pour all the ingredients into travel safe bottles along with your prosecco and you’re ready to go!

for the spiced syrup:

- 1 cup water
- 1 cup honey or sugar
- 5 sprigs of fresh thyme or rosemary
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 2 inches of ginger, sliced

Add everything to a saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Simmer for about ten minutes (don’t let it boil) before taking the pan off the heat to steep. Once completely cooled, strain and pour into a syrup bottle. Can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 weeks.

pitcher of cocktails:

- 3 cups of pear juice
- 1.5 cups of vodka or gin
- 1/2 cup spiced autumn simple syrup
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 bottle of Prosecco, chilled

fig jam & prosecco makes everything better🍾

- 1 tbs fig jam
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 3/4 oz honey syrup
- 2 oz gin
- chilled prosecco to top, about 4 oz

add first four ingredients to an empty cocktail shaker and shake until well mixed. We don’t wanna add ice to the jam can be incorporated. Strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice and top with chilled Prosecco! I garnished mine with a blooming rosemary sprig!

This Sparkling Spiced Pear cocktail recipe is my go to batch cocktail for the holiday season! Made with a delicious homemade autumn spiced syrup, pear juice, and Prosecco, this sip will easily impress your happy hour guests!

pitcher of cocktails:

3 cups of pear juice
1.5 cups of vodka or gin
1/2 cup spiced autumn simple syrup
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 bottle of Prosecco or Champagne, chilled

Add all ingredients to a pitcher and stir to combine. Pour up your sparkling spiced pear cocktails into a chilled coupe glass and serve for brunch, happy hour, or for a holiday aperitivo. I made these adorable thyme ice cubes to chill the cocktails that also serves as a gorgeous garnish.

this honey thyme bee’s knees is perfectly simple enough for a weeknight cocktail that feels sophisticated without the fuss and frills

- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz honey thyme syrup
- 1 oz lemon juice

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and enjoy!

For the honey thyme syrup, I just added 1 oz of hot water to a small bowl with an equal amount of honey. Stir until mixed and add some thyme leaves and let steep for about 10 minutes before using.

- 2 cups fresh or frozen watermelon
- 1 cup tequila
- juice of 2 limes
- 2 oz honey
- sparkling water, to top

Add first four ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass filled with ice and rimmed with tajin and top with sparkling water.
