I stand by it - @Zara can do no wrong! I picked up the black jacket in a size large, which gives me that relaxed fit. I’d say it runs true to size, but if you’re tall, definitely consider sizing up. For the men’s jacket, I first tried the small and it fit well - but after trying the medium, the extra arm length made it the better option for me.
