No bake cookies for this week! Made these on Sunday night for the boys to put in their lunches for their basketball camp to have a little sweet treat for working hard 🏀 These classic cookies are soooo good and sooo easy! My family gobbles these up within a week 🤤 Recipie: 1/2 c butter 2 c granulated sugar 1/2 c whole milk 1/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 c creamy peanut butter 1 tsp vanilla extract 3 c rolled or quick cooking oats Instructions: Melt butter in saucepan over medium to low heat. Add sugar, milk, and cocoa powder. Stir well. Bring to a rolling boil for about a minute. Then remove from heat, and add peanut butter and vanilla. Once combined add the oats. Scoop out onto a cookie sheet to set up (harden). Make them as big or as little as you want! I made these more lunch size for packing purposes 🤗 Let them set out for several hours, to half a day or so to really set up… if you’re able to resist! My son can’t wait that long, so he ate a spoon full directly from sauce pan 😂 LTKfoodie LTKmomlife LTKKids
