In Mexico I wore this set with red wanted instead of boots and I got a million compliments on it!

The matching set is beautiful and versatile! I could def mix and match with these pieces but it’s perfect for spring break vacations, date nights, concerts or even festival!

For festival id do pink boots, my red cowgirl hat and probs a body chain under the vest to take it up a notch with bigger earrings probs 😜

Cowboy Butter Pasta for supper tonight. This is one of the boys favorite meals! Requested all the time and sooo easy!

Recipie:
12 oz bowtie pasta
1 lb chicken breast
Sauce:
1/2 c butter
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp salt & 1 tsp pepper
(I started doubling the sauce ingredients to make it saucier and the boys loveee it way better- just an fyi.)

Instructions:
•Cook pasta, drain and set aside
•In a skillet, cook the chicken over medium heat (I also season the chicken with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder). When cooked, remove from skillet and cut into pieces. Set aside
•while the chicken is cooking, I roast the broccoli florets in the oven for 9 minutes at 400 degrees (gently coated in olive oil and salt and pepper)
•in skillet melt butter and add the seasonings listed above.
•add pasta to the butter mixture as well as the chicken and broccoli, stir well to coat everything

So easy and delicious! Good luck not going for seconds 🫶

No bake cookies for this week!

Made these on Sunday night for the boys to put in their lunches for their basketball camp to have a little sweet treat for working hard 🏀

These classic cookies are soooo good and sooo easy! My family gobbles these up within a week 🤤

Recipie:
1/2 c butter
2 c granulated sugar
1/2 c whole milk
1/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 c creamy peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 c rolled or quick cooking oats

Instructions:
Melt butter in saucepan over medium to low heat.
Add sugar, milk, and cocoa powder. Stir well. Bring to a rolling boil for about a minute.
Then remove from heat, and add peanut butter and vanilla. Once combined add the oats.
Scoop out onto a cookie sheet to set up (harden). Make them as big or as little as you want! I made these more lunch size for packing purposes 🤗
Let them set out for several hours, to half a day or so to really set up… if you’re able to resist!

My son can’t wait that long, so he ate a spoon full directly from sauce pan 😂
