A quick, simple dinner: πͺππππππ πππππππππ β’ After mixing chickpea flour, grated cheese, and S&P, dredge your thinly sliced chicken cutlets and fry in your choice of oil. I always use olive oilβand no, it doesnβt spoil when you cook at a high temp! β’ When cutlets are done, place back in frying pan and add your broccoli, a tablespoon of butter, lemon slices, and some white wine. You all know I eyeball this, so add as much, or as little, as your heart desires. β’ Let reduce, and then thatβs that!
