A quick, simple dinner: π‘ͺπ’‰π’Šπ’„π’Œπ’†π’ 𝑭𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒆𝒔 β€’ After mixing chickpea flour, grated cheese, and S&P, dredge your thinly sliced chicken cutlets and fry in your choice of oil. I always use olive oilβ€”and no, it doesn’t spoil when you cook at a high temp! β€’ When cutlets are done, place back in frying pan and add your broccoli, a tablespoon of butter, lemon slices, and some white wine. You all know I eyeball this, so add as much, or as little, as your heart desires. β€’ Let reduce, and then that’s that!
