Anxiety, stress and so many unknowns. We’re all going through it. What I do know is the biggest form of self care for me is when I am in control of my finances. Getting fresh air is essential and always will be for my mental health. I don’t need to always take my workout to the “next level” - sometimes I need to just walk it out.
