Getting fresh air is essential and always will be for my mental health. I don’t need to always take my workout to the “next level” - sometimes I need to just walk it out. My body feels so much better recently with love impact exercising. I’m more into doing what feels right and moved away from what I “should” be doing.... What feels good to you?
