I asked my IG friends what their go-to’s were for a sinus infection and here’s a lot of what was shared! I originally wanted it to be plastic free if possible but some said this NeilMed Sinus Rinse is the best. Others said the Navage is incredible but pricey. There were lots of ceramic and porcelain Neti pots. Beekeepers naturals was a big favorite. So was apple cider vinegar (ingested). Chiropractor helped a lot almost immediately. Warn showers.
