GRWM in 10 minutes! I am obsessed with Merit foundation! I use Dune. The Tarte ceaseless concealer is a must for my aging eyes and I use 16n fair-light. Eyeshadow was recommended by my friend and beauty guru friend, Kaylen, and she says they stay ALL day. Shes not lying! Blush is Flitglow but I can’t link it. I love 100% pure and their clean products. Glow Recipe is soooo good on my skin! And the Ciele prime and protect didn’t irritate me at all and was so easy to apply. Lashes are Flutterhabit (linked) and they take me about 15 minutes to apply an I already had them on before this making it even easier to get ready besides my little helper haha.

Some family photo prep: teeth whitening my sensitive teeth and fake lashes to help my eyes pop and so my mascara doesn’t smear in this heat.🍁🍂🍃 I used Lumineux Teeth Whitening for my teeth. For my lashes, I used Kiss Falscara to help it bond, FlutterHabit lashes in Water Lilly, and their black glue.

I asked my IG friends what their go-to’s were for a sinus infection and here’s a lot of what was shared! I originally wanted it to be plastic free if possible but some said this NeilMed Sinus Rinse is the best. Others said the Navage is incredible but pricey. There were lots of ceramic and porcelain Neti pots. Beekeepers naturals was a big favorite. So was apple cider vinegar (ingested). Chiropractor helped a lot almost immediately. Warn showers. Lots of fluid. And rest, of course.
