For years I stayed away from the classic trench coat in beige (it is not my color). In the past few seasons, there have been so many fantastic iterations and combinations I couldn't take it anymore. I finally cracked with a cropped COS trench a couple of seasons back. I've been using lipstick and accessories that complement my skin tone to brighten the look.
