My house has fitness equipment in it in every single room! This was one of the most fun gifts I have ever received! One of the best parts of my run is having my lemon flavored creatine drink afterwards. It feels like such a refreshing reward! Creatine is excellent for muscle recovery and cognitive health.💪🏼✨🧠

I get asked all the time, “What kind of shoes should you wear if you’re doing weightlifting and running?”The answer is… wear the shoes that you are the most comfortable and confident in.

If I’m doing a lot of running and weightlifting during the same workout, then I’m going for the Nike Pegasus. And if I’m super serious about my weightlifting, then I’m bringing weightlifting shoes AND my running shoes to the gym that day, and I will separate the workouts. 🏋🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️
