I get asked all the time, “What kind of shoes should you wear if you’re doing weightlifting and running?”The answer is… wear the shoes that you are the most comfortable and confident in. If I’m doing a lot of running and weightlifting during the same workout, then I’m going for the Nike Pegasus.
