I decided to go ahead and share my sourdough tutorial video tonight since everyone is stuck at home for the weekend during this winter weather! I am definitely not an expert, so I'm sure I use the wrong lingo and techniques at times. I've been baking one to two loaves per week for almost a year, and every one has been a success! The key lies in a strong starter and consistency. Baking sourdough has become a wholesome weekly routine for me. As someone who has been gluten sensitive for over a decade, it's been such a treat to finally have bread that helps me feel good!
