This was our first party in the outdoor kitchen, and seeing it filled with family, friends, good food, cold drinks, and kids running around made every late night and project worth it.

After months of construction, planning, and staring at the most beautiful render done by @BBQGuys, it was finally time to start bringing our BBQGuys outdoor kitchen to life.

One thing I’ve loved throughout this process is how easy BBQGuys has made everything. From design and planning to selecting appliances, they’ve been an incredible partner every step of the way.

We still have a lot of work ahead of us, but seeing the pieces start to come together has us so excited for the final reveal. I can’t wait to see this space once everything is installed, styled, and fully in place.

The extra large storage bin has been a game changer for keeping pool floats, toys and chair covers out of sight while still easy to grab. We also added striped umbrellas, umbrella tables, metal privacy flower holders and artificial ficus trees to make the whole space feel more polished and intentional.

The pool basketball hoop keeps the kids entertained for hours and the in water loungers are officially the best seat in the house ☀️

We added so many functional pieces this year and I can’t get over how much more organized everything feels. The oversized storage bin holds all the pool floats, toys, chair covers and still has room left over.

The striped umbrellas and umbrella tables instantly elevated the space, while the metal privacy planters and artificial ficus trees added the perfect finishing touch around the pool.

Our basement was mostly done but it still didn’t feel finished.

These three things made the biggest difference. A rug to define the sitting area, a sideboard that hides toys and blankets, and finishing the bathroom so the space actually functions like a real level of the house.

Designing a tween bedroom is such a fun phase. She’s growing up and wanted something that felt more mature but still a little playful.
