finally feeling good enough to get back into the kitchen FIRST UP- HOMEMADE GRANOLA I switch up the flavors I use all the time but- Here’s the recipe I used today: •parchment paper/ baking sheet •3.5c Rolled Oats •1 1/2tbsp cinnamon •2 1/2tbsp pumpkin pie spice •1/2c brown sugar •1/4c cane sugar •1/2c melted butter •1/2c honey •1tbsp vanilla •3tbsp Avacado oil •3tbsp chia seeds •2tbsp mulled flaxseeds •sprinkle of salt to enhance taste PREHEAT OVEN TO 350* -Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl or directly on baking pan -cook in oven for 10 minutes then remove to shake/ mix and flip over oats. -add back to oven and cook for additional 10 minutes. -remove from heat, mix again -let cool 5-10 minutes then add to class container + enjoy!
