Taste-Safe Sensory Bin: Ocean Jello Dig 🌊🐡🪏 To wrap up our taste-safe week, we tried the classic Jello dig—but with a fun little twist! Instead of the usual blended cereal “sand,” we used coconut flakes and it turned out so cute! 🥥✨ I used a family-size pack of Jello so it’d be deeper in our @inspiremyplay bin—and it was such a hit! 🎉 My toddler played with it for at least 30 minutes, which is always a win in my book! Here’s how to set it up: 1️⃣ Make your Jello according to the package💙 2️⃣ Pour it into your sensory bin and toss in some ocean animals 🐚🦑🦀 3️⃣ Prop one side of the bin up to create an ocean slope and leave room for your “sand” 🌊🏖 4️⃣ Let it set overnight 🌙 5️⃣ Add coconut flakes for the sand and more figurines on top 🦀🦭 6️⃣ Toss in some sensory tools and let the digging begin! 🔍🪣🐠 This one definitely gets messy, so it’s perfect for outdoor play! 🌿☀️ It’s been raining here like crazy lately, so we’ve been making it work inside. If you lay down a washable blanket or plastic pool, clean-up is a breeze! 🧼🫧 We love the one miniimarketkids sent over (they are a small business over on insta)—I just shake it out and spray it down with the hose afterward! 🚿 Your little one will probably need a bath after this, but in my book that’s the sign of a great play session! 🛁💙 Let me know if you try this one out!
