The @qinsen_official crewneck long sleeve is DOUBLE lined, so it's not see-through and it smooths everything out. The ruching on the side hides the stuff I don't want highlighted, and the stretch is ridiculous (you saw me pull it 😂).

I'm almost 40 and I heat style constantly, so I'm not exempt from my own advice.

This is the FROMLABS Protein Capsule Treatment Mask with the Booster Powder. The powder matters because it isn't diluted, so it's closer to what I used on clients in the salon. You can also adjust it: more damage, more powder. If your hair's in decent shape, one packet is plenty.

Stylist tip: don't just coat it on. Squeeze and massage it through like you're combing with your fingers. Three minutes, rinse, done.

Sorry to say it, but you cannot get through an Eagles Sunday on day-four hair without these three things. Good news: this is not a tutorial and I am genuinely not good at hair anymore.
I did hair for thirteen years and the main thing I took from it is how to avoid washing it. That's the whole skill. These three things are what I actually reach for, they're all cheap, and none of them require you to be good at anything.
My mom was a Hot Pants girl at the Vet. We had season tickets there and now we're at the Linc. So this is less a beauty routine and more a pregame ritual at this point.

Jumpsuits and I have a complicated history… but this one won me over 🖤

It's the new boat neck jumpsuit from @qinsen, and you can wear it on or off the shoulder depending on your mood. The cinched waist keeps it from swallowing my 5'2" frame, the wide leg makes it feel a little elevated, and yes, it has pockets. It's soft enough to lounge in but pulled together enough for dinner out. Add sunglasses and a tote and you're done getting dressed.
