Ok I’m officially hopping on the creatine train. After reading way too much about the benefits for women (strength, energy, brain health, recovery) I decided to give it a try. I went with Beam powder instead of gummies for my first round because it’s simple creatine monohydrate, no sugar, and easier to control the dose. Will report back on how it goes.
