Ok I’m officially hopping on the creatine train.

After reading way too much about the benefits for women (strength, energy, brain health, recovery) I decided to give it a try.

I went with Beam powder instead of gummies for my first round because it’s simple creatine monohydrate, no sugar, and easier to control the dose.
