I was very excited when these arrived! I’m in the gym several times a week but when I can’t get there, these will come in handy. The rack took my husband about 20 minutes to put together. I suggest you have a wrench handy to help tighten the bolts. I’ve tagged a few things we have in our home gym. I use the workout gloves all the time when I’m handling dumbbells and barbells with metal bars. Not only do they help with my grip, but when I get sweaty the bars don’t slip out of my hands. They are easy to wash and dry fast. The mat you see underneath my bar bells has slightly changed. It is now foldable. I tagged the larger one from the same brand. The original one protects our floor just as well and I’m sure the newer one is even better. I bought the interlocking floor tiles for when I practice Pilates and yoga. They offer extra cushioning that is still firm and easy on their joints when working out. Our treadmill and an almost six years old and still going strong. We chose Sole because of its value, quality, and reviews. Neither one of us is a runner, but it gets daily use for moderate to high intensity walks. I like that it has several different programs, including HITT and open. Ours came with a heart monitor, Bluetooth speakers, phone/ipadholder, and plenty of room to put cups, keys, etc. we have the F80 model.
