Candied Mini Wontons:
• 1 package @bibigousa Mini Wontons
• skewers
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup water
• sesame seeds (optional)

Gochujang Dipping Sauce:
• 1/4 cup bibigo Hot & Sweet Gochujang Sauce
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 tsp sesame seeds
• 1 green onion, sliced
• splash of rice wine vinegar

Carolyn’s Greek Salad Recipe 👇

2 English cucumbers, peeled and diced
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 red onion, minced
1 cup black olives, halved (optional)
Juice of 1 lemon
2–3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 (8-ounce) chunk good-quality feta
2 teaspoons finely chopped mint
Salt and pepper, to taste
Greek seasoning, to taste

Add everything to a large bowl and mix well.
It was absolutely perfect after marinating in the fridge for about 2 hours.

Creamy Taco Soup recipe:

Ingredients:
2 lb 85/15 ground turkey
1 large onion, diced
2 packets taco seasoning
1 packet ranch seasoning
1-2 cans Rotel
1 can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1 can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can corn, drained
1 cup salsa
4 oz cream cheese
Large splash jalapeño juice
UNSALTED beef broth (about 4–6 cups depending on how thick you like it)
