This sweet little tradition started last year, and it’s quickly become one of my favorites. She uses her mom’s old waffle maker from Canada, makes homemade waffles, & even had slippers waiting for us. The table was set so beautifully with holiday china, even a warm cozy tv holiday setting, everything was absolutely delicious …just what this mama needed. Grateful for cozy mornings & great friends. What a game, we got to see Austin come in and RELIEF in a stressful inning at the Riverdog Stadium.As a freshman that’s a big deal, because as you know freshman got to earn their stripes!

🍂 It’s fall, y’all — my favorite time of year! Decided to do a little refresh for our front porch and house. We just got our driveway done, and of course the leaves were falling all over it. 😂 So I usually blow out the leaves, clean the glass windows, put up new wreaths, refresh the rug… and since I cannot keep real flowers alive to save my life, I went with faux florals this year (thank you, Mom, for that tip!). Calling it a day ✔️

Three things that have really helped me:
1️⃣ Quiet time, reflection, and prayer.
2️⃣ Walking a lot (weighted vest and all!).
3️⃣ Organizing and finally tackling all the things I’ve been procrastinating.
