The two layers are lightweight and have great movement and the shorts underneath have pockets. I get in and out of golf (same for tennis) and lately have felt so motivated to play. It is the best feeling when I see improvements in my game! I have a lot to work on but I'm having the best time while I'm trying. My kids and some friends were out here with me today too which made it even more enjoyable, before we had some time at the pool.
