I used to avoid faux leather because I wasn’t sure how to get the wrinkles out. But now that I’ve found a safe way to do that, it’s back in my closet. Faux leather almost always have a fabric backing which is what makes it easy to steam and get the wrinkles out. All you have to do is turn the garment inside out to steam it. I always start on the lowest setting and slowly increase it if necessary. You can usually see the wrinkles on the fabric, making it easy to know exactly where to use your steamer. Pull back any faux leather, even on the inside as to not damage it. I do check the top before putting away the steamer to make sure the wrinkles are out. For this top, because of the gathering, I did steam it twice. Have you tried this before? How did it work for you? Follow for more tips like this! LTKOver40 LTKStyleTip LTKTravel
