My body is always telling me exactly when to slow it down. Between work and all of my projects I have to be so intentional about my own body especially because my work is so health focused on improved health outcomes for others.

It’s the winter time and if your skin is feeling dry and looking dull you are not the only one. Cold weather, low humidity, and indoor heat all pull water out of the skin so you need humectant ingredients that pull water from the atmosphere back into your cells like glycerin and hyaluronic acid.
