Chai Sugar Cookies Ingredients: ½ cup unsalted butter (softened) ½ cup canola oil 1 Chai tea bag 1 egg ½ cup sugar (plus a little extra for the topping) ½ cup powdered sugar 2 cups of flour ½ teaspoon baking soda 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract ¼ teaspoon salt ¼ cup pecans or walnuts (optional) Beat the butter then add the oil. Add the powdered sugar, sugar, egg, vanilla Stir in the flour, baking soda, salt, tea Chill the soft dough for 1 hour Line cookie sheet with 12 tablespoons of the dough balls, press the dough then cover the cookies with sugar. Bake 9-10 minutes at 350
