HIGH PROTEIN FLATBREAD WRAPS- 17 grams protein, 115 calories 



Blend a 16 ounce container of 2% cottage cheese  (I use @good_culture) with 2 eggs until totally smooth. Add any seasonings you like- I keep it simple with salt and pepper from @redmondrealsalt (save with HHH15)

Pour out onto parchment lined baking sheet and use a spatula to spread evenly. I try to shape it into a rectangle. Measurements don’t matter- it will spread a bit as it bakes.)

Bake at 350 until lightly browned. Usually around 30 minutes. 

Allow to cool slightly before cutting into 4 pieces. Each one contains 115 calories and 16 grams of protein.
