Can’t stop talking about the results I’ve had using this little jaw exerciser two minutes a day. The jowling that was developing along my jawline is greatly improved. Cheeks are firm and sculpted, and lips are noticeably fuller. I started noticing results in the first month of my use, and they keep getting better over time. In the interest of transparency I’ve been getting Botox in my forehead since 2019 but this has transformed the rest of my face. (I tried Botox on my jawline it did nothing and of course cost wayyyy more than the jaw exerciser.) Highly recommend! These pants are amazing- you could wear them to yoga or work 😂 Stretchy and buttery soft, but the slight flare and pockets make them appropriate any wear. Jaw Exerciser
50 CALORIE FUDGE BROWNIES Recipe from my latest book HAPPIER, HEALTHIER AND HOTTER- HIGH PROTEIN, LOW CALORIE, BIKINI FRIENDLY RECIPES 2 cups baked sweet potato 4 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1-2 tablespoons instant espresso 3/4- 1 cup granulated monk fruit (or any non-caloric sweetener you like using that measures like sugar) Bake sweet potatoes in their jackets well ahead of time. Let them cool and skin will come off easily. Measure 2 cups of sweet potato (and enjoy any leftovers as a yummy side dish!) Put sweet potato, eggs and vanilla in blender and blend until smooth. Pour into bowl and stir in remaining ingredients until thoroughly combined. Scrape into an 8x8 inch parchment lined pan and bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until set in the middle. They will firm up as they cook but will remain very moist and fudgey. chicken Alfredo bowl- 60 grams protein, 350 calories For more high protein, low calorie, bikini friendly recipes go to the top of my page and grab my cookbooks: THE HAPPY HEALTHY AND HOT COOKBOOK and HAPPIER, HEALTHIER AND HOTTER one 12 ounce bag frozen broccoli florets one cup 2% cottage cheese (I use @goodculture ) blended one can chicken breast (can use any chopped, cooked chicken breast) one quarter cup shredded Parmesan cheese salt, garlic salt, pepper makes two servings Cook broccoli until it’s done to your liking, drain and return to pan. Add blended cottage cheese, chicken and seasonings, stir on low heat until warmed through. Divide into two servings and top each with two tablespoons grated parm cheese. 3 INGREDIENT SMOKY MAPLE CHICKEB THIGHS- high protein, low calorie For more high protein, low calorie recipes go to the top of my page ⬆️ and check out THE HAPPY HEALTHY AND HOT COOKBOOK and HAPPIER, HEALTHIER AND HOTTER 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup hickory smoked salt optional cayenne or crushed red pepper So simple…throw it all in a crockpot and cook till falling apart (about 4 hours on high or 8 on low) If you use a small crockpot you won’t need any additional liquid. Shred with a fork and enjoy! Makes 2 large servings or 4 small. Large serving is around 40 grams of protein and 340 calories. (I usually go for the large!) My shade in the foundation is 220- it’s a medium beige. Favorite MAC lip pencil of all time- my daily go to- color is Soar. Spice is a good one also, with a 90s super model vibe. The lip pigment from NARS is American Beauty. Goes on matte and stays on all day. Sometimes I top it with e.l.f. gloss in Sparkling Rosé and sometimes a bit of Maybelline baby lips.
