Children’s lunch boxes we’ve been using and loving!

Insulated, large in size and machine washable - lots of designs to choose from. We have the football and unicorn one.

Love the handle, strap and large water bottle holder. Lots of room for a lunch box inside and extra snacks. Definitely recommend!

Pink stripe criss cross back belted sun dress ☀️

The straps are adjustable - I’m wearing a size 6 and I’m 5’4 for reference and you can wear a strapless bra with it. I think it comes true to size.

I wore with a pink pearl head band and my favourite blush Valentino bow sandals which are so comfy.

I’ve seen online it comes in other colours and a spotted version too 🩵

Veg Trug canopy 🥒🍓

Keeps everything protected but it’s double layered so you can have it covered with the thin mesh layer or the thicker layer.

Veg Trug - the start of us growing our own produce. We are complete beginners so decided to invest in a trug this year to practice in. It was easy to set up and we also bought the canopy for it to keep the contents protected which I’ll pop on a separate post.

This trug comes in smaller sizes as well as a grey colour too. We went for this style as it best suits our country garden.

We are loving watching everything start to grow and keeping a close eye on it all. Any tips let us know!

After being inundated with messages from lots of you that are also making some lifestyle changes and asking for good gluten free alternatives I’ve found, what are my cupboard staples or what cleaning products I’m now using, I’ve created all the lists in one place for you!

I spend a lot of time cooking from scratch now as I prefer knowing what’s in my meals, BUT, there’s some things like rice/pasta/oats I include in some of my meals that have been essential to find good alternatives for. Plus like any busy Mumma, sometimes I need to be able to grab quick things for convenience. This has taken time over the last few years of trying so many brands!

Like anyone, I love to have a treat and if I’m not baking my own cake or need to put out some treats for guests that I can also enjoy I needed to find something to satisfy my sweet tooth! Remember it’s all about balance.

This first list is some of my cupboard staples like pasta, rice, lentils, beans, stock, gravy and more. I tend to shop between Ocado, M&S and Sainsburys so these are the retailers I’ve included.

The perfect kitchen gadget for cleaning fruits/salads. Not only does the spin mean that everything gets really clean, it then spins it dry. The insert comes out so everything is drained and you can see so much excess water come off after using the spin feature when drying everything. The bowl is big enough to take a lot of berries at once so you can clean everything in one go and decant into holders in the fridge.

The video on my instagram shows how I use this and how clean everything looks!! Doing this once, saves so much time throughout the week, washing everything as you go 🫐

Whenever we have friends round we always seem to have crudités, crisps and dips out so I needed to find an alternative that suited everyone. Here’s some of our tried and tested favourites.

I have a sweet tooth, and so this was my biggest challenge when first making lifestyle changes. I had to cut out my morning tea and biscuits, I couldn’t easily go on a cake date with my friends and enjoying dessert when we had friends over just left me feeling like I didn’t want to host anyone.

BUT, through lots of trial and error I’ve found some favourites. So if I’m not making my own cakes or want to serve up myself something the same for pudding if we have people over, I’ve got it covered.

There’s no dry, crumbly alternatives on this list I promise! The muffins warmed up are a favourite with friends and there is even a Colin the caterpillar treat in here!
