Seriously…While I love the look of the big fluffy duvets I cannot sleep with them during perimenopause unfortunately. I like the look of the layers to create coziness so I chose 3 lightweight options! The base of my bedding is a lightweight linen bedding set from West Elm. I recently added a thin floral quilt by My Texas Home for a style change but I take it off to sleep. Lastly, I found a cotton blanket at HomeSense that is super breathable to layer with when needed.
