There are all kinds of Tonies from calming Tonies that teach them how to breathe deeply and tell stories to Disney themes and even a customizable option where you can record your own voice!! It’s summer break so yes I would start to change your bedtime routine now. Trying to do it when school is starting is too late and is too much change at once for a little one to process.
