I’m all about protecting my bones and muscles as I move through perimenopause and into menopause.

…life is crazy busy right now but I love it 🥰

My days needs to start with movement or I’m a crabby mom/ wife (and no one wants that 😂)

Then I made a quick breakfast: homemade banana muffins with @enjoylifefoods chocolate chips and apple slices with @sunbutter and Enjoy Life Choc Chips

Realized the kids needed coats and glove like 10 min before we left and prayed they still fit (mom if you’re reading this- they did 😆)

Then off to all the games! So many games with it being a tournament weekend. 3-5 more games on Sunday too

Had brunch at @firstwatch and then off to the office to fix a treatment room and fold laundry 🧺

Then back to the fields for another game.

Followed by a @target run and pizza 🍕 making before the last two games.
