January exhaustion check. Am I the only one feeling flat, foggy and quite frankly, bone-tired right now? This level of post-Christmas exhaustion feels… intense. The run-up to Christmas is a lot. A LOT. Not just the fun bits. The juggling. The planning. The parenting mental load, the school admin, end-of-term cluster f^ck, performances, parties, gifts, food, hosting, stepford family expectations, socialising, village parenting, pretending you’re fine when you’re actually running on fumes. And then January arrives and we’re all supposed to snap straight back into productivity mode like none of that happened. Peak January burnout, honestly.
