some of my favorite cues to give for an *immaculate* teaser (these work across most apparatus)

the biggest thing I see is that people either pop up into teaser - hanging in their flexibility and not properly articulating through their back, or they’ll struggle to balance and lengthen their legs due to tightness/weakness. There is no 1 size fits all solution but, many of these verbal cues help me (and my students) work deeper. Paired with the right apparatus and great hands on feedback, magic can happen!
